Subsection
(e)of section 8634 of title 10, United States Code, is repealed. Subsection
(a)of such section 8634 is amended by striking the Secretary of the Navy may conduct a program and inserting the Secretary of the Navy may conduct a program beginning on or after the date of the enactment of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024 .
