Section 9905(a) of title 5, United States Code, is amended— in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by inserting , 3307, after 3303 ; and by adding at the end the following new paragraphs: Any position in support of aircraft operations for which the Secretary determines there is a critical hiring need or shortage of candidates.
