Sec. 1049. Availability of excess Department of Defense controlled property for transfer to Federal and State agencies

Section 2576a(e) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by redesignating paragraphs
(1)through
(4)as subparagraphs
(A)through (D); by inserting
(1)before The Secretary ; and by adding at the end the following new paragraph: The Secretary shall make available for transfer under this section all excess controlled property of the Department of Defense, other than the types of property referred to in subparagraphs
(A)through
(D)of paragraph (1). .
