Section 1090b(e) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (1), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by inserting described in paragraph
(3)after member of the armed forces ; and by adding at the end the following new paragraph: A member of the armed forces described in this paragraph is— a member on active duty for a period of longer than 30 days; or a member of the Selected Reserve in a duty status. .
