Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this division, the Department shall submit to the appropriate congressional committees, the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate, and the Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives a report that includes— a list of the overseas United States diplomatic missions that, as of the date of the enactment of this division, are not readily accessible to and usable by individuals with disabilities; any efforts in progress to make such missions readily accessible to and usable by individuals with disabilities; and an estimate of the cost to make all such missions readily accessible to and usable by individuals with disabilities.
