Section 7442 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a), in the matter following paragraph (10), by striking 10 persons and inserting 15 persons ; and in subsection (b)(5), by striking 150 and inserting 200 . Section 8454 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a), in the matter following paragraph (10), by striking 10 persons and inserting 15 persons ; and in subsection (b)(5), by striking 150 and inserting 200 . Section 9442 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a), in the matter following paragraph (10), by striking 10 persons and inserting 15 persons ; and in subsection (b)(5), by striking 150 and inserting 200 .
The amendments made by this section shall apply to nominations of candidates and appointments to the Service Academies (as such term is defined in section 347 of title 10, United States Code) for classes entering such Service Academies beginning with the 2025-2026 academic year.
