Section 4306B of the Atomic Energy Defense Act ( 50 U.S.C. 2569 ) is amended— by striking subsection (d); and by redesignating subsections (e), (f), and
(g)as subsections (d), (e), and (f), respectively. Subsection
(e)of such section, as so redesignated by subsection (a)(2) of this section, is amended by striking paragraph (6). Section 4309(c)(7) of the Atomic Energy Defense Act ( 50 U.S.C. 2575(c)(7) ) is amended by striking section 3132(f) of the Ronald W. Reagan National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2005 ( and inserting 50 U.S.C. 2569(f) ) with section 4306B(e) .
