Sec. 1667. Report on potential enhancements to Aegis Ashore sites in Poland and Romania

Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Director of the Missile Defense Agency shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report on potential enhancements to Aegis Ashore sites in Poland and Romania. The report required by subsection
(a)shall include— an assessment of the feasibility and advisability of— enhancing associated sensor systems to detect a broader array of missile threats; fielding a mixed fleet of defensive interceptor systems; and physical hardening of the facilities; a funding profile, by year, detailing the complete costs associated with any options assessed under paragraph (1); and such other information as the Director considers appropriate. The report submitted under subsection
(a)shall be in unclassified form, but may include a classified annex.
