Not later than one year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and the House of Representatives a report that evaluates the potential national security risks posed by the space-related activities of the Russian Federation and the People’s Republic of China, including activities involving— satellites; space stations; moon exploration; and the acquisition of minerals from the moon. The report required under subsection
(a)shall be submitted in classified form, but may include an unclassified summary.
