(6)as paragraph (7); in paragraph (7), as so redesignated, by striking

(5)and inserting

(6); and by inserting after paragraph
(5)the following new paragraph: Evaluating emerging cyber technologies, such as artificial intelligence-enabled security tools, for efficacy and applicability to the requirements of the Department of Defense. .
