Section 8(a)(1)(D)(i)(II) of the Small Business Act ( 15 U.S.C. 637(a)(1)(D)(i)(II) ) is amended— by inserting (or $10,000,000, in the case of a Department of Defense contract, as adjusted for inflation by the Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council under section 1.109 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation) after $7,000,000 ; and by inserting (or $8,000,000, in the case of a Department of Defense contract, as adjusted for inflation by the Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council under section 1.109 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation) after $3,000,000 .
Section 8(m) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C.637(m)) is amended— in paragraph (7)(B)— in clause (i), by inserting (or $10,000,000, in the case of a Department of Defense contract, as adjusted for inflation by the Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council under section 1.109 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation) after $7,000,000 ; and in clause (ii), by inserting (or $8,000,000, in the case of a Department of Defense contract, as adjusted for inflation by the Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council under section 1.109 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation) after $4,000,000 ; and in paragraph (8)(B)— in clause (i), by inserting (or $10,000,000, in the case of a Department of Defense contract, as adjusted for inflation by the Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council under section 1.109 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation) after $7,000,000 ; and in clause (ii), by inserting (or $8,000,000, in the case of a Department of Defense contract, as adjusted for inflation by the Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council under section 1.109 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation) after $4,000,000 .

Section 36(c)(2) of the Small Business Act ( 15 U.S.C. 657f(c)(2) ) is amended— in subparagraph (A), by inserting (or $10,000,000, in the case of a Department of Defense contract, as adjusted for inflation by the Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council under section 1.109 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation) after $7,000,000 ; and in subparagraph (B), by inserting (or $8,000,000, in the case of a Department of Defense contract, as adjusted for inflation by the Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council under section 1.109 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation) after $3,000,000 .
Section 8127(c) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by striking $5,000,000 and inserting “the dollar thresholds under section 36(c)(2) of the Small Business Act ( 15 U.S.C. 657f(c)(2) )”.
