Section 612 of the Veterans Millennium Health Care and Benefits Act ( 38 U.S.C. 2404 note; Public Law 106–117 ) is repealed. The Secretary of Veterans Affairs shall conduct a study on the cost to replace the flat grave markers that were provided under such section at the Santa Fe National Cemetery, New Mexico, with upright grave markers.
