The Secretary of the Navy shall continue, through fiscal year 2024— to perform the responsibilities of the Department of Defense executive agent for the Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School pursuant to section 352(b) of title 10, United States Code; and in coordination with the Commander of the United States Special Operations Command, to provide such support, as necessary, for the continued operation of such school.
