This section may be cited as the . Beryllium Testing Fairness Act Section 3621(8)(A) of the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act of 2000 ( 42 U.S.C. 7384l(8)(A) ) is amended— by striking established by an abnormal and inserting the following: established by— an abnormal ; by striking the period at the end and inserting ; or ; and by adding at the end the following: three borderline beryllium lymphocyte proliferation tests performed on blood cells over a period of 3 years. . Section 3687(j) of the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act of 2000 ( 42 U.S.C. 7385s–16(j) ) is amended by striking 10 years and inserting 15 years .
