2017 NDAA Section 134(d) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 ( Public Law 114–328 ; 130 Stat. 2038), as amended by section 141(b)(1) of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 ( Public Law 117–263 ), is further amended by striking 153 A–10 aircraft and inserting 135 A–10 aircraft . 2016 NDAA Section 142(b)(2) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 ( Public Law 114–92 ; 129 Stat. 755), as amended by section 141(b)(2) of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 ( Public Law 117–263 ), is further amended by striking 153 A–10 aircraft and inserting 135 A–10 aircraft .
