Not later than March 1, 2024, and annually thereafter, the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency
(DPAA)shall post on a publicly available internet website a list of capabilities required to expand accounting for persons missing from designated past conflicts and provide a briefing to Congress on those capabilities. The Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency may enter into agreements with universities or research organizations to provide additional capabilities for specialized missions or research requirements.
