Section 4010(b)(5) of the Water Infrastructure Improvements for the Nation Act ( Public Law 114–322 ) is amended by adding at the end the following: The Secretary of the Interior and the Secretary of Commerce shall submit to the Committee on Natural Resources of the House of Representatives and Committee on Energy and Natural Resources of the Senate semi-annual reports that detail activities carried out under this paragraph. .
