Section 6 of the Farmer-to-Consumer Direct Marketing Act of 1976 ( 7 U.S.C. 3005 ) is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: The Secretary, not later than one year after the date of the enactment of this subsection, shall publish, and update on an annual basis, on the Internet website of the Department of Agriculture a database, in a machine-readable format, that contains information with respect to any project with respect to which a grant was awarded under this section in the previous fiscal year. The database under paragraph
(1)shall include, with respect to each project for which a grant was awarded under this section in the previous fiscal year— a general overview of such project, including a summary of, the timeline, goals, and objectives for, and key partners and other stakeholders involved in, such project; the steps taken to carry out such project; any materials used to carry out such project; the delivery area of the project; the total project cost and any non-Federal funding sources for such project costs; a general description of project beneficiaries; and the results of such project. .
