Section 4405 of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 7517 ) is amended— in subsection (f)(1), by striking $5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2023 and inserting $20,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2023 and each fiscal year thereafter ; and in subsection (f)(2), by amending subparagraph

(G)to read as follows: $70,000,000 for fiscal year 2023 and each fiscal year thereafter. .
