Section 508(k)(8) of the Federal Crop Insurance Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1508(k)(8) ) is amended by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: Each Standard Reinsurance Agreement shall include a requirement for all approved insurance providers to submit to the Corporation on an annual basis, in compliance with applicable privacy laws, a report— describing activities undertaken to promote access to crop insurance for socially disadvantaged farmers and ranchers; and containing demographic information regarding the producers being served, including information by race and gender. .
