There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this title— $500,000,000 for fiscal year 2024; $525,000,000 for fiscal year 2025; $550,000,000 for fiscal year 2026; $600,000,000 for fiscal year 2027; and $650,000,000 for fiscal year 2028.
