In maintaining the database containing information relating to investigations under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 ( 29 U.S.C. 202 et seq. ), as required pursuant to the amendments made by the OPEN Government Data Act, the Secretary of Labor shall ensure that the information in such database is publicly accessible in at least 8 of the most commonly spoken languages in the United States, as determined by the Bureau of the Census.
