Section 210 of the Help America Vote Act of 2002 ( 52 U.S.C. 20930 ) is amended— by striking for each of the fiscal years 2003 through 2005 and inserting for fiscal year 2024 and each succeeding fiscal year ; and by striking (but not to exceed $10,000,000 for each such year) .
