Section 1(b) of Public Law 117–25 (135 Stat. 297; 136 Stat. 2133; 136 Stat. 5984) is amended, in paragraphs
(3)and (4), by striking October 1, 2024 each place it appears and inserting March 14, 2025 . The amendments made by subsection
(a)shall take effect as if enacted on September 30, 2024.
