The Comptroller General of the United States shall conduct a study on the impact of social isolation and efforts by the Federal Government and State and local governments to address such social isolation. Not later than 5 years after the date of enactment of this Act, the Comptroller General of the United shall submit to Congress a report detailing the results of the study under subsection (a).
