The Older Americans Act of 1965 ( 42 U.S.C. 3001 et seq. ) is amended— in section 102 ( 42 U.S.C. 3002 )— in paragraph (27), by striking the term and inserting Indian tribe means any tribe the term ; and Indian Tribe means any Tribe in paragraph (56), by striking the term and inserting tribal organization means the term ; Tribal organization means in section 418(a)(2)(6) ( 42 U.S.C. 3032g(a)(2)(6) ), by striking Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President pro tempore of the Senate and inserting Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions of the Senate and the Committee on Education and the Workforce of the House of Representatives ; in section 612(c) ( 42 U.S.C. 3057c(c) )— by striking terms and inserting Indian tribe and tribal organization have terms ; and Indian Tribe and Tribal organization have by striking ( and inserting 25 U.S.C. 450b ) ( ; and 25 U.S.C. 5304 ) by striking tribe , tribes , and tribal each place such terms appear and inserting Tribe , Tribes , and Tribal , respectively.
