Section 453(j)(8) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 653(j)(8) ) is amended— in subparagraph (A)— by inserting or conducting the reporting and evaluation activities required under section 116 of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act ( after 29 U.S.C. 3141 ) State law ; and by striking such program and inserting such programs ; and in subparagraph (C)(i), by striking purposes of administering a program referred to and inserting the purposes specified .
