Section 203 of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act ( 29 U.S.C. 3272 ) is amended— in paragraph (1)— in subparagraph (A)— by striking and speak and inserting listen, speak, and comprehend ; and by striking secondary and inserting regular high ; in subparagraph (B), by striking and at the end; by redesignating subparagraph
(C)as subparagraph (D); and by inserting after subparagraph
(B)the following: develop and use digital literacy skills; and ; by redesignating paragraphs
(3)through (14), (15), (16), and (17), as paragraphs
(4)through (15), (17), (18), and (19), respectively; by inserting after paragraph
(2)the following: The term digital literacy skills has the meaning given the term in section 202 of the Museum and Library Services Act ( 20 U.S.C. 9101 ). ; in paragraph (5)(C) (as so redesignated)— by striking clause
