Section 148 of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act ( 29 U.S.C. 3198 ) is amended— by striking center each place it appears and inserting campus ; by striking centers each place it appears and inserting campuses ; in subsection (a)— in the subsection heading, by striking and inserting CENTERS ; and CAMPUSES in paragraph (1)— by inserting incorporate the principles of universal design for learning and may after may ; by inserting before the period at the end the following: , and productive activities, such as tutoring or other skills development opportunities, for enrollees to participate in outside of regular class time and work hours ; and by striking clauses
