Section 101 of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act ( 29 U.S.C. 3112 ) is amended— in subsection (b)(1)(C)(ii)(IV), by striking out-of-school youth and inserting opportunity youth ; and in subsection (d)— in paragraph (3)(B), by striking low-skilled adults and inserting adults with foundational skill needs ; and in paragraph (5)(A), by inserting after including strategies the following: (such as the principles of universal design for learning) .
