Section 36B(c)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended— in subparagraph (B)(i), by inserting or section 5000A(f)(1)(B) , and by striking subparagraph (C). The amendments made by this section shall apply to taxable years beginning after the date of the enactment of this Act.
