Sec. 302. Ensuring public housing agencies inspect each dwelling unit each year

The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development and the Comptroller General of the United States shall, not later than 1 year after the date of the enactment of this section, conduct a study and submit a report to the Congress that identifies: how many inspections required to be conducted by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development in the 1-year period are incomplete; and how many inspectors are needed to ensure that all inspections required to be conducted by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development can be completed each year.
