Section 104(u) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act ( 33 U.S.C. 1254(u) ) is amended— by striking and
(7)and inserting
(7); and in paragraph (7)— by striking 2023 and inserting 2021 ; and by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and
(8)not to exceed $75,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2022 through 2026 for carrying out subsections (b)(3), (b)(8), and (g), of which not less than $50,000,000 each fiscal year shall be used to carry out subsection (b)(8). . Not later than 2 years after the date of enactment of this Act, the Administrator shall submit to Congress a report that describes the implementation of the grants authorized under subsections (b)(3), (b)(8), and
(g)of section 104 of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act ( 33 U.S.C. 1254 ), which shall include a description of the use and deployment of amounts made available to carry out those subsections.
