Of the amounts made available under the heading under the heading economic development assistance programs under title II of division B of the CARES Act ( economic development administration Public Law 116–136 ; 134 Stat. 510), or for grants for economic development assistance under the heading under the heading economic development assistance programs under title I of division B of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 ( economic development administration Public Law 116–260 ), that are unobligated on the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Commerce shall provide not less than $25,000,000 to eligible systems (as defined in section 3(a)) to address contaminants in drinking water.
