Section 4(e)(3)(A) of the Southern Nevada Public Land Management Act of 1998 ( Public Law 105–263 ; 112 Stat. 2346; 120 Stat. 3045) is amended— in clause (ii), by striking the Great Basin National Park, and other areas and inserting the Great Basin National Park, the Tule Springs Fossil Bed National Monument, and other areas ; in clause (x), by striking and at the end; by redesignating clause
(xi)as clause (xii); and by inserting after clause
(x)the following: development and implementation of sustainability and climate initiatives in Clark County, Nevada, in accordance with a cooperative agreement with a unit of local government or regional governmental entity; and .
