The boundary of the Rainbow Gardens Area of Critical Environmental Concern, as amended under the Las Vegas Resource Management Plan of 1998, is modified to exclude approximately 390 acres of land, as generally depicted on the map entitled Rainbow Gardens ACEC Boundary Adjustment and dated November 13, 2019. The map described in subsection
(a)shall be on file and available for inspection in the appropriate offices of the Bureau of Land Management.
