Section 311(a)(1) of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 ( 52 U.S.C. 30111(a)(1) ) is amended by striking the semicolon at the end and inserting the following: , and shall ensure that all such forms (including forms in an electronic format) permit the person using the form to include an accent mark as part of the person’s identification; . The amendment made by subsection
(a)shall take effect upon the expiration of the 90-day period which begins on the date of the enactment of this Act.
