Not later than 2 years after the date on which covered platforms are required to comply with the final rule issued under section 4(a)(2), the Comptroller General of the United States shall submit to Congress a report that includes— an analysis of the effectiveness of the technology verification measures required under the final rule; recommendations to the Commission for improvements to the final rule; and recommendations to Congress on future legislative improvements.
