Section 5 of the Coastal Barrier Resources Act ( 16 U.S.C. 3504 ) (as amended by section 104(2)) is amended by adding at the end the following: Not later than 2 years after the date of enactment of the Strengthening Coastal Communities Act of 2022 , the Secretary, in consultation with the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, shall promulgate regulations that, with respect to real property located in an affected community, as determined by the United States Fish and Wildlife Service, that is offered for sale or lease, require disclosure that the real property is located within a community affected by this Act. .
