In implementing the Legal Gold and Mining Partnership Strategy pursuant to section 4, the President should direct United States representatives accredited to relevant multilateral institutions and development banks and United States ambassadors in the Western Hemisphere to use the influence of the United States to foster international cooperation to achieve the objectives of this Act, including— marshaling resources and political support; and encouraging the development of policies and consultation with key stakeholders to accomplish such objectives and provisions.
