Section 1930 of title 28, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a)— in paragraph (1)(B), by striking chapter 13 of title 11, $235 and inserting chapter 10 of title 11, $250 ; and in the undesignated matter following paragraph (7), by striking chapter 7, or 13 of title 11 and inserting chapter 7 or 10 of title 11 ; in subsection (b), by striking the period at the end and inserting , which may not include any additional fees for the filing of a petition under ; and chapter 10 of title 11. in subsection (f)— by striking paragraph
(1)and inserting the following: Under the procedures prescribed by the Judicial Conference of the United States, the district court or the bankruptcy court may waive all fees payable to the clerk of the court in a case under chapter 10 of title 11 for an individual if the court determines that such individual— has an income that is less than 150 percent of the official poverty line (as defined in section 673 of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1981 ( 42 U.S.C. 9902 )) applicable to a family of the size of the family of the individual; and is unable to pay those fees in installments. For the purpose of subparagraph (A)(ii), the court shall conclusively presume that the individual is unable to pay those fees in installments if the court determines that the individual has an income that is less than the official poverty line (as defined in section 673 of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1981 ( 42 U.S.C. 9902 )) applicable to a family of the size of the family of the individual. ; and in paragraph (2), by striking subsections
