Section 5(b)(2) of the Southwest Forest Health and Wildfire Prevention Act of 2004 ( 16 U.S.C. 6704(b)(2) ) is amended— in subparagraph (B), by striking and at the end; in subparagraph (C), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: the State of Utah. .
