Section 4(b) of the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995 ( 2 U.S.C. 1603(b) ) is amended— in paragraph (6), by striking ; and and inserting a semicolon; in paragraph (7), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: a statement as to whether the registrant is exempt under section 3(h) of the Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938, as amended ( 22 U.S.C. 613(h) ). .
