Section 9001 of the John D. Dingell, Jr. Conservation, Management, and Recreation Act ( 16 U.S.C. 6804 note; Public Law 116–9 ) is amended— in subsection (a), by striking paragraph
(5)and inserting the following: The term student means any fourth, fifth, or sixth grader or home-schooled learner 10 to 12 years of age residing in the United States, including any territory or possession of the United States. ; and in subsection (b)— in paragraph (2)(C), in the subparagraph heading, by striking ; and in grade four by striking paragraph (5).
