The Commandant shall expand opportunities for members of the Coast Guard to secure postgraduate degrees in medical and related professional disciplines for the purpose of supporting Coast Guard clinics and operations. Section 4904(b)(3) of title 14, United States Code, is amended by striking 350 and inserting 385 .
