Section 30104 of title 46, United States Code, is amended by inserting , including an injury resulting from sexual assault or sexual harassment (as such terms are defined in section 2101), after in the course of employment . (a)arising out of a maritime tort for a claim of sexual harassment or sexual assault, as such terms are defined in section 2101, shall be brought not later than 5 years after the cause of action for a claim of sexual harassment or sexual assault arose. .
