Section 320 of title 14, United States Code, is amended— by redesignating subsection
(c)as subsection (d); in subsection (b), by striking subsection
(c)and inserting subsection
(d); and by inserting after subsection
(b)the following: Beginning on December 31, 2025, the Secretary of the department in which the Coast Guard is operating shall maintain at all times a Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps program with not fewer than 1 such program established in each Coast Guard district. . Not later than 1 year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the department in which the Coast Guard is operating shall provide to Congress an estimate of the costs associated with implementing the amendments made by this section.
