Not later than 30 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Transportation shall establish the Arctic Shipping Federal Advisory Committee, as required in section 8426 of the Elijah E. Cummings Coast Guard Authorization Act of 2020 (division G of Public Law 116–283 ). The Secretary of Transportation shall make available to the Arctic Shipping Advisory Committee, from amounts appropriated to the Office of the Secretary of Transportation, such funds as may be necessary for the operation and sustainment of the Committee.
