Section 12 of division G of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2005 ( 2 U.S.C. 1975 ) is amended— in subsection (b)— in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by inserting for official duty after United States ; in paragraph (1), by adding and at the end; by striking paragraph (2); and by redesignating paragraph
(3)as paragraph (2); by striking subsection (c); by redesignating subsections (d), (e), and
(f)as subsections (c), (d), and (e), respectively; and in subsection (d), as so redesignated, by striking subsection
(d)and inserting subsection
(c).
