The reporting requirement provided by section 406(b) of the Coronavirus Preparedness and Response Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2020 (division A of Public Law 116–123 ) shall apply to funds appropriated by this title, except that such section 406(b) shall be applied to such funds by substituting September 30, 2023 for September 30, 2022 .
